Tips on How to Make a Playlist on YouTube You Should Know

Step 1: Select "New Playlist" from the "Add Video to Your Playlist" pane appearing on your window.

Step 2: Then click OK.

Step 3: A "Create/ Edit Playlist" appears. This page prompts you to enter some information about your new playlist such as Playlist’s name, Video log, Description, Tags, and Privacy.

Step 4: Once you have filled all the required information and options, you can click the "Save Playlist Info" button to save.

Step 5: If you want to view the playlist you have created, you can visit the YouTube homepage and click "My Playlist" link in "My Box". It should display the playlist page including a list of all your playlists at the left side of the page. To see which videos are in your list, click on playlist name.

Step 1: Identify and select video of the song you wish to listen.

Step 2: Click the "Add To" option under the video to add to a playlist. You can either create a new playlist or add the video to an existing playlist.

Step 5: To save your new playlist, tap the "OK" button. If you wish to keep the playlist private, you can click the "private" checkbox.

Step 2: You can either scroll through the list of videos to select the one you need or simply click on the search option which is placed at the top right corner of the screen and search your desired music. Once you have found it, tap on the video to play.

Step 4: In case you had not yet created a playlist, you can click "Create New Playlist" button and type in the name you wish to give the playlist you are creating.

Step 3: After tapping the Add to Playlist button, you can scroll through your list and choose one to add to your new playlist or you can have it being the first video in your playlist by selecting "Create a New Playlist".

Step 4: If you wish to remove a video from a playlist, you will have to tap on your name under the header of your account in the menu on the left-hand side to expand the menu options. From these items on the expanded menu, you can tap on "Playlist" to view your playlists and select the one with the video you wish to delete. On that playlist, tap the "Edit" button somewhere on the upper right corner. In this mode, you can tap the small red button to the left of a video to execute deletion.

Step 5: On the iPad, playlists are being used for connecting series of videos, managing favorites, and creating a music playlist.
